As our time on Corbridge Crescent comes to an end this June, we want to reassure you that vouchers can continue to be purchased as normal and will remain fully valid.

 

Vouchers due to expire this July, August and September will be automatically extended to cover the period of closure, so there’s no need to feel rushed into making a reservation before the end of June.

​

If you would prefer to use your voucher with us on Corbridge Crescent before we close here, our final service will be on Saturday 20th June.

We will be sharing more on what’s next in due course, and look forward to welcoming you for a final visit here, or again in the near future.

Our gift vouchers offer a thoughtful way to gift an experience,

inviting guests to enjoy an evening or an afternoon with us at The Water House Project.

​

Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase, and can be redeemed directly

through our website. Each purchase includes both a digital and a physical voucher,

which will be sent to the address provided at checkout.

Vouchers are redeemable 48 hours after purchase.

If you would like to purchase a voucher for an option not currently available online,

please contact us at enquiries@thewaterhouseproject.com for a customised option.

We post our vouchers on Wednesday through to Saturday, and use Royal Mail postage

services which take between 3-5 working days for delivery. If you wish to collect your voucher

from the restaurant you're welcome anytime from 4pm on a Wednesday, and from 11am

on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. We will email you when your voucher is ready for collection.
