Each menu is designed around the very best seasonal ingredients, changing four times a year, and paired with carefully chosen wines from small, low-intervention producers across Europe.
It’s a chance to enjoy thoughtful cooking in a warm and welcoming setting, where every detail is crafted with care.
We are very happy to provide vegetarian and pescatarian dish alternatives but unfortunately are unable to cater for dairy free and vegan diets.
Valid 48 hours after purchase, redeemable within 12 months.

Vouchers are valid from 48 hours after purchase and are redeemable for 12 months from that date. Expired vouchers cannot be accepted.
All reservations must be made online via thewaterhouseproject.com. Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or redemption.
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
Lost, stolen, defaced, or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted.
Advance booking is essential and subject to availability.
In the event of a no-show, the standard booking deposit will be charged in line with our reservation policy.
Vouchers may only be redeemed once and must be used in full; no change or credit will be given if the value is not fully redeemed.
